With appointment changes please ensure this is arranged prior to the 48 hour appointment reminder, otherwise a fee will be charged. If you fail to attend your confirmed appointment, the total treatment cost will be charged.
When using your gift voucher the same cancellation policy applies, to avoid any of these charges please give 48 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. If you fail to attend your confirmed appointment, the gift voucher will be cancelled.

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. Refunds and Repairs
The products offered for sale on this Website are made to a customers specific order. No refunds are offered. In cases of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for replacement/repair. For further information on replacements or replace please refer to our ‘Info’ page.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Delivery via standard post to WA, NT, TAS and rural suburbs can take between 5-10 business days to be delivered.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and we will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence
